Randa is the owner of Kainos, PLLC. She has a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, as well as a Certificate of Graduate Studies in Couples, Families, and Marriage Counseling from Regent University. Licensed in Texas, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin as an LMFT and LPC, Randa is a board-certified teletherapy provider. She works with individuals, couples, and families, and is heavily involved in her community. Randa is a workshop presenter on topics such as emotional health, work/life balance, and marriage enrichment. She is also a frequent speaker at community events, churches, and conferences.

Randa is the author of Of Cabbages & Kings and has published numerous articles. Randa loves writing, singing, cooking (sometimes scorching), banging on her old piano, laughing with her family, and shopping for treasures at Goodwill, where her latest acquisition was a gorgeous $25 grey velvet sofa. She lives in San Antonio, Texas with her husband, children, one rescue dog named Colonel, and one recently acquired stray kitten named Pearl.
